NV Brut Mosaique ChampagneChampagne France
Thirty small families, mainly from the Cotes des Blancs region where Champagne dominates, founded Jacquart, the original champagne grower, in 1962; by year 2000, however, the 30 small growers swelled to over 700 growers and the company joined the powerful Alliance Group, making Jacquart part of the largest land-owning grower's co-op in the region, controlling 7% of the appellation's total acreage.
Refined in texture and framed by well-knit acidity, this fresh and supple wine delivers aromas of fresh pear, fig and almond along with flavors of honey and freshly-baked bread and a mineral-tinged finish. 92 points Wine Spectator. 12.5% ABV WWH
