NV Prosecco

The fruit for this Prosecco was harvested by hand, subjected to a brief cold maceration and then pressed.  After pressing and prior to fermentation, the must was allowed to settle for 10-12 hours in stainless steel tanks.  Vinification took place over 15 days  in stainless steel tanks.  The result is a well-priced, fresh and elegant wine that is great as an aperitif and for any occasion or celebration.  11% ABV QUI
