Want to know how to make the famous HOT chicken from Nashville? Here is chef Casey's take on how they do it! A double breading will make crispy chicken and then we will make a hot oil to baste the chicken for serving (don't worry you can control the heat if you don't love spice)!
Texas Toast (Casey's favorite), a cool-down slaw, and a spiked lemonade to chase it all down with will make this a fun class with a kick! We can't travel to Nashville, but we can have fried chicken right now and learn how to do it ourselves!
